1. Products and Orders

2.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to the handmade nature of the items, there may be slight variations in size, color, and design. Picky Finders does not guarantee that the products will be exactly as pictured.

2.2 Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

2.3 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Picky Finders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2.4 Payment

We accept payments online. All payments must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

2.5 Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Canada. Shipping times and costs vary based on the delivery address and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Picky Finders is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

1. Returns and Refunds

3.1 Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange in case of metal rings or necklaces (other products are not subjects to return or exchange). The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please email us at pickyfindersca@gmail.com to initiate your return. Please include your sales order number, which can be found in your email order confirmation.

If the purchase included a gift or bonus item (i.e. free accessory, gift card, etc.) this item must also be returned, or the current retail value of that item will be deducted from the amount eligible for exchange or refund.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made items, personalized products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

3.3 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to request valid photo ID to validate customer information when processing a return or exchange.

All content on the Picky Finders website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Picky Finders and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written consent.
